Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a 16 year old American born in Miami Florida. The mother of Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, is Anya Taylor-Joy. The father of her mother, who is Argentinean of Scottish as well as English descendant is also her mother. Her mother's heritage is Spanish and English. Taylor Joy has four brothers and sisters, with one coming from each of her parents' prior marriages. After being in Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was a very difficult experience. She was not willing to study English and was hoping to move back to Argentina. Hill House, a school within the same district as Northlands was obligated to accept her. Later she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. At the age of sixteen, Taylor-Joy resigned from the school to concentrate on her acting profession. Taylor-Joy's desire to be an acting star began when she was just a child. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the first one to hire her as model for professional models.
